Damage Deposit of $750 is required. This is secured by credit card and is completely separate from the nightly rental rate. If there is no damage or theft your card is not charged.
50% payment is due at the time of reservation unless booking within a 60 day window of your rental, in that case full payment is required.
60 Day cancelation policy: When canceling 60 days plus prior to your reservation you will receive a full refund. When canceling within the 60 day period the funds you have paid are non-refundable unless we can rebook the cabin g=for that period. If the dates can be rebooked you will receive a refund minus a $75.00 rebooking fee.
No Smoking: $300.00 will be deducted for your damage deposit if the cabin smells like cigar or cigarette smoke.
No Pets: No pets are allowed at Lost River Retreat, if you bring a pet $300.00 will be deducted from your damage deposit and you will be evicted.
Household Trash: Guests are responsible to remove all their trash and take to the Island Park Landfill which is located 1 block off Yale-Kilgore road (you will pass the entrance coming or going to the cabin) There is no trash service so you must bag and remove your trash.
A comprehensive rental agreement will need to be signed if you decide to rent Lost River Retreat but the above covers most of the rules.
